If your chosen vehicle is unavailable, we will automatically upgrade you to a larger-capacity vehicle at no additional cost.
However, if you’ve requested a specific vehicle type, we will honor that preference whenever possible.
During peak hours or high-demand seasons, we may adjust vehicle capacity to ensure timely service—again, at no extra charge.
An additional SGD10–30 applies for pickups in the following outskirt areas:
Admiralty, Bukit Batok, Bukit Panjang, Choa Chu Kang, Yishun, Sembawang, Woodlands, Boon Lay, Jalan Bahar, Taman Jurong, Jurong East/West, Kranji, Lakeside, Lim Chu Kang, Sentosa Island, Jurong Island, and Tuas.
