If there is a situation whereby no vehicle is available for your booking, we will arrange the next higher capacity for your booking at no extra cost. Unless there is a preference indicating that particular type of vehicle is required. 

For peak season or peak period hour, if there is shortage of vehicle, we might change to higher seating capacity with no extra cost.

• Additional SGD10 – 40 for pick up in these areas (Admiralty, Bukit Batok, Bukit Panjang, Choa Chu Kang, Yishun, Sembawang, Woodlands, Boon Lay, Jalan Bahar, Taman Jurong – Jurong East/West, Kranji, Lakeside, Lim Chu Kang, Sentosa Island, Jurong Island & Tuas)
• No outskirt location surcharge for Hourly Booking
• Additional SGD10 for Bulky/Moving Item & Wheelchair Transfers
• Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered! We’ll help you with your luggage and provide baby/booster seats to keep your little ones safe and comfortable.
• Do inform us in advance if you require baby/booster seat. There will be an additional SGD15-SGD20 for baby/booster seat
• Any additional stop within 2km will be charged at SGD10 per stop. More than 2km will be charged at SGD20 per stop. (maximum 2 extra stops)
• Midnight Surcharge 23:30hrs – 06:30hrs additional SGD12
• All airport arrival bookings have grace period of 60 minutes waiting time once actual flight lands thereafter SGD10 for every 10 minutes block will be charged to the total bill (maximum 2 waiting blocks). Charges will automatically convert to hourly booking after exceeding the 2nd block of waiting time.
• Departure/Transfer bookings are given a grace period of 10 minutes waiting time thereafter SGD10 for every 10 minutes block will be charged to the total bill (maximum 2 waiting blocks). Charges will automatically convert to hourly booking after exceeding the 2nd block of waiting time.
• Public Holiday/Peak Season Surcharge additional SGD10-20
• Super Peak Period Surcharge additional 50% – 100% (F1, Airshow, CNY, etc.)
• Passengers are counted on a per-head basis. Overloading of passengers could impact insurance claims in the event of an accident
• Luggage must be stacked properly to maintain safety & visibility. Improper stacking could impact insurance claims in the event of an accident
